Norrmejerier brings northern Swedish dairy to the whole nation under the slogang: ‘Sweden’s Most Luxurious Address for a Cow’.
Starting in February 2025, the company will highlight the distinct qualities of northern Swedish dairy to strengthen its presence beyond its home region of Norrland.
This launch is a key part of Norrmejerier’s long-term strategy to reach more Swedish consumers. The decision is driven by the growing demand for Swedish-origin cheese and dairy products, as well as the need to expand market share and enhance profitability. Currently, Norrmejerier serves only six percent of Sweden’s population, while both domestic and international competitors continue to increase their foothold in northern Sweden. As competition intensifies in an already limited market, expanding geographically has become essential to securing the future of Norrland’s dairy farmers.

The initial product rollout will feature a carefully selected range of filmjölk, yogurt, and cheese, all crafted from milk sourced exclusively from northern Swedish farms. These products will be available in grocery stores nationwide starting in February 2025.
