’Tillväxtbolaget’ which stands for the Company of Growth for Swedish farmers has expanded its ownership with Svensk Mjölk as a fifth partner.
Svensk Mjölk, which is owned by Arla, Norrmejerier, Falköpings Mejeri, Skånemejerier ek and Gäsene Mejeri enters as Tillväxtbolaget’s fifth partner and financier. The new structure of Tillväxtbolaget was established on 31. March. This means that Svensk Mjölk, LRF and Lantmännen now have equal shares in the company and own together 70 percent. The last 30 percent is shared equally between Växa Sverige and HKScan.
– We are very pleased to have Svensk Mjölk as a partner in Tillväxtbolaget, it complements the base of knowledge within our ownership and helps us to put extra focus on Swedish milk production, Helena Silvander, CEO of Tillväxtbolaget says.
