Västerbottensost® teams up with National Culinary Team of Sweden

Västerbottensost®, the National Culinary Team of Sweden and the Culinary Junior Team begin a long-term collaboration. The goal is to inspire both the industry and the home cooks.

The firs result of the partnership is soon to be revealed: A new product launch from Västerbotten, linked with recipes, created by Anders Karlsson, one of the coaches for the Junior team. The new cheese hits the shops here in February.
