DTU report: “More and better ingredients for demanding consumers”

A new report från DTU (Technical University of Denmark) by Professor Egon Bech Hansen, the National Food Institute and Professor Anne S. Meyer DTU Chemical Engineering, recommends creating a new unit – DTU Ingredients. The report has been prepared on the basis of a number of interviews with ingredients companies, as well as input from The Danish Food and Drink Federation (DI Fødevarer) and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council.

Danish companies account for 15 per cent of the global market for ingredients. And the global market continues to grow.
